- “Website” refers to any digital platform or website operated by the Company, including any associated e-commerce store.
1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return the item(s) within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item(s) must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- The item(s) must be in resalable condition and not damaged in any way.
- Proof of purchase (such as an invoice, order confirmation email, or receipt) must be provided with the return request.
Returned items that do not meet the above conditions may be subject to denial.
2. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you via email regarding the status of your return.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return:

- Include the following details:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if applicable)
- Once approved, you will be provided with further instructions for the return.
Please ensure returned items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
4. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing it.
- Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed, packed, or shipped.
- To request a cancellation, email us at youtech55@outlook.com with your order number and request.
- If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may proceed with a return once received.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you will need to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
